Keynote speaker Senator John Hoeven will address the global implications and economic benefits of job creation through the expansion of North Dakota's energy sector.
During his ten-year tenure as governor of North Dakota, Hoeven's vanguard economic policy saw more than a 75 percent increase in GDP and 40,000 new jobs, many of which came from the energy production.
Following the day's panel discussions ranging from unlocking the Bakken to emerging energy careers, The State of Energy Summit will host an Innovation Expo & Job Fair featuring some of the best companies and newest technologies North Dakota has to offer.
